Featured Work

Lyla Lila

Lyla Lila

Elevated hospitality with national recognition.

Lyla Lila represents the high-touch side of hospitality: detail, service, reputation, and consistency at an elevated level. Recognized by the MICHELIN Guide and named by The New York Times as one of the most exciting restaurants in America, Lyla Lila shows what happens when strong operations support a clear culinary and guest experience vision.

Cypress Street Pint & Plate

Cypress Street Pint & Plate

Independent hospitality built to last.

Since 2007, Cypress Street has remained one of Atlanta's longest-running independent hospitality concepts. It represents the rarest kind of restaurant success: longevity. Not just opening well, but staying relevant, loved, and operationally steady over time.

Hampton + Hudson

Hampton + Hudson

A neighborhood room that became a gathering place.

Hampton + Hudson was built around the idea that hospitality can become part of a neighborhood's daily rhythm. More than a restaurant or bar, it became a community gathering place: the kind of room people returned to for games, dinners, celebrations, casual meetings, and familiar faces.

Nina & Rafi

Nina & Rafi

Casual hospitality with a clear point of view.

Nina & Rafi brought a clear point of view to casual hospitality. Its Detroit-style pizza, BeltLine location, and approachable identity showed how product clarity and a strong sense of place can turn a restaurant into a neighborhood destination.

Pielands Pizza

Pielands Pizza

Accessible, repeatable, guest-loved hospitality.

Pielands represents the modern casual hospitality lane: accessible, repeatable, and guest-approved. It reflects OFF HOURS' belief that memorable hospitality does not always have to be formal. It has to be clear, consistent, and worth coming back to.
